We're in the middle of a pandemic during a seller's market and Rebekah managed to not only find me a beautiful home, but she did it in such a safe manner while also being there every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, she had no hesitation when it came to finding out additional information, and she was very patient with someone like me who is truly a novice with going through the purchasing process. She worked with the homeowners association's point of contact, she worked with the title company , and she worked with my lender. I am forever grateful for how hard she worked to help me buy this house. I didn't feel like I had to do very much other than make decisions and sign paperwork, which was very refreshing. Rebekah has a wonderful personality, which is very important when it comes to something that can be so stressful, such as buying a home. She never made me feel pressured or rushed, and she had such a pleasant and kind demeanor when working with me. Rebekah also didn't just stop communicating after the purchase - she went the extra mile and helped coordinate additional post-purchase activities which shows that she really does want to help people find a home and work with them throughout the whole process. She wasn't kidding when she told me that this was her passion. I would recommend Rebekah Ball for any of your needs whether it's buying or selling a home.

Linda Kiemel is the best! She was very thoughtful and kind throughout the process and she went the extra mile to make sure our sale and purchase went off without a hitch.
